When you purchase our digital products, you have to agree with a few simple rules of their use. The fact of payment confirms your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The license text below apply to the our digital products (computer files) purchased directly from us when product files are transferred via email or using cloud services. This license also apply to the our digital products purchased in our own online store.
This license agreements does not apply when you purchase our digital files through Turbosquid, in this case you should read Turbosquid royalty free license.
This license text does not apply to custom orders if you provide your own unique references (sketches, photo)

By purchasing the model you accept the rules of using the digital 3d model (computer file) in personal (individual) projects. The fact of payment confirms your acceptance of the terms of use of the 3d model. The terms of purchase of a digital files for corporate use, industrial production (when an unlimited number of persons (personnel) access the file) are discussed individually.

Allowed:
- Editing, processing or reworking of the purchased original digital 3d model.
- Creation of tangible objects using the purchased digital 3d models through 3D printing, CNC machining or otherwise, as well as creation of devices, technical means for creating and replicating mentioned tangible objects.
- Commercial use of a tangible objects obtained using the purchased digital 3d models through 3D printing, CNC machining or otherwise.
Not allowed:
- Redistribute, resell, lease, license, sub-license or offer this digital models (computer files) to any third party including files obtained by processing or reworking of the original 3d model.
- To offer or sell devices, technical means and the right to create or replicate tangible objects reached using the purchased digital 3d models to any third parties.
Приобретая модель вы принимаете правила использования цифровой 3d модели (компьютерного файла) в персональных (индивидуальных) проектах. Факт оплаты подтверждает ваше согласие с предложенными правилами использования. Условия приобретения цифрового файла для корпоративного использования, промышленного производства (когда к файлу получают доступ неограниченное количество лиц (персонала)) обсуждаются индивидуально.
Разрешено:
- Редактирование, изменение или переработка исходной 3d модели.
- Создание материальных копий (напр. сувениров, ювелирных изделий, рекламных материалов, полиграфии и тп.) цифровой модели.
- Изготовление приспособлений, технических средств для создания и тиражирования материальных копий приобретенной 3d модели (например силиконовые формы, файлы GCode).
- Коммерческое использование материальных изделий полученных с использованием приобретенной цифровой модели посредством 3д печати, ЧПУ обработки, литьем или иным способом.
Запрещено:
- Передавать кому бы то ни было, обменивать или распространять свободно цифровые файлы модели сами по себе либо в составе другого цифрового продукта или коллекции цифровых моделей и предоставлять такое право третьим лицам включая файлы полученные путем внесения изменений или переработки исходной 3d модели.
- Передавать третьим лицам право на создание или тиражирование материальных копий приобретенной цифровой модели включая файлы полученные путем внесения изменений или переработки исходной 3d модели.
- Передавать третьим лицам приспособления, технические средства предназначенные для создания или тиражирования материальных копий приобретенной 3d модели (например силиконовые формы, файлы GCode).
